In the flotation machine, the slurry treated by adding agents is inflated by stirring, and some of the ore particles are selectively fixed on the bubbles. The surface of the slurry is scraped to form foam products, and the rest is retained in the slurry for the purpose of separating the minerals. 
The flotation machine is the latest design to use the circular tank concept and combines the benefits of circular cells with the unique features of the Minerals mechanism to create the ideal conditions to maximize flotation performance for all roughing, cleaning and scavenging duties.

Working Principle

Flotation Machine is usually a continuous process by a few tanks, dozens of tank flotation machine connection, including roughing, scavenging, concentration operations. Machines function normally and achieve the required aeration rate. Motor drives impeller rotating through belt and pulley. On the one hand, the machine inhaled enough air mixed with slurry, on the other hand, stirring the mixture of pulp and pharmaceutical. At the same time, refinement of the bubble, the particles adhere to the bubbles on the role of reagents and float to the slurry surface.

The impeller is rotated by the V-belt of motor and produces negative pressure by centrifugal function.Enough air is sucked to mix slurry,ａnd slurry mixes drugs at the same time.Mineral sticks on the bubble completely and floats on the surface of slurry to form mineralized bubbles.The useful bubble is scraped out by adjusting flash board height and controlling the liquid surface.
