PPM-S313A Aerospace Engine Testing High-Temperature Pressure Sensor
Description
PPM-S313A high-temperature pressure sensor sensitive chip is made using ion sputtering thin film technology. It is directly formed on the stainless steel elastic diaphragm by sputtering and etching processes, which completely realizes the inorganicization of the sensitive components and overcomes the organic adhesive tape. Instable factors such as creep, hysteresis, and aging have greatly improved the long-term stability of the product.
