1. Introduction

IWILDT-MAS-15/12000 is a standardized high-energy X-ray device. The electron linear accelerator has been widely used in radiation therapy, industrial inspection, national defense and customs inspection of large containers, etc. Due to the high energy of the X-ray, it can be used for inspection of large parts and thick metal materials. It produces tens to hundreds of times more bremsblastic radiation than an electron induction accelerator, and radiography takes less time and has higher resolution. It is a S-bａnd 15MeV standing-wave industrial electron linear accelerator, which uses magnetron microwave source and electron linear accelerator as the core components. It has wide environmental adaptability and high working reliability. The accelerator is mainly composed of X-ray head, control system, modulator, thermostatic water cooling unit, cable and water pipe, etc.
