Torque Rheometer

CTR-300 torque rheometer is an ideal equipment to assess the flowing, plasticizing shearing properties and thermal stability of polymers. It provides a dynamic measurement that closest to the actual processing, for teaching and research, as well as to guide the production. This equipment can simulate the actual processing, and continuously, accurately and reliably measures the rheological properties of materials, to evaluate the viscosity and shear stability of the thermoplastic polymer, curing characteristics or the crosslinked properties of thermoset polymers and vulcanization of elastomers.

Torque rheometer CTR - 300 mechanical parts of the main control unit adopts Schneider electric motor and reducer; Electrical part adopts Siemens frequency converter and PLC. The software is independent research and development for the company, providing customers with a friendly control interface. The MCU matches with mixer unit, single/double screw extrusion unit, blown film,stretch film, granulating system, etc. to develop formular for new material, test properties for polymer and grope for processing conditions.
