Application:

TCL, TC serials sedimentation centrifuge is high performance equipment which is used to solid liquid separation, takes off liquid, classification and washing, widely used in coal industry, chemical industry, food, medicine, sewage treatment and other industrial departments.
The centrifuge which uses the imported technology can be used in coal preparation plant to flotation tailings, flotation middling coal, flotation clean coal and dewatering for hydro cyclone and pipeline coal transporting.

Working principle：

TCL, TC serials sedimentation centrifuge is equipment with high performance in solid liquid separation, its special technology was imported from American Bird Corporation can produce the particle size below 0.55mm.
1. Wide usage range, large processing power, good dehydration effect, small occupation area, low power consumption
2. Good overload protection and shock absorber, the driving parts are subjected to rigorous dynamic balance test to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.
3. The rotary drum and spiral conveyor are equipped with ceramic lining, ceramic disc and ceramic feeding inlet.
4. Have unique differential device
5. Cyclic lubricant is used for the differential and main bearing
6. Hydraulic coupler is used to reduce motor load
