Dechlorination unit
YJ series dechlorination machine is developed by Weifang Yujie environmental protection water treatment equipment Co., Ltd. on the basis of in-depth study of advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, through years of exploration, innovation and practice, using new technology and special materials. The product has the following technical features:
(1) The model is complete, which can be applied to all kinds of water projects;
(2) The positive pressure metering pump is equipped with safety valve to ensure safe operation;
(3) The reactor pipeline and other key parts of the equipment are made of strong acid resistant and pressure resistant materials;
This series of products are widely used in the removal of residual free chlorine in swimming pool water, hospital sewage and other industries.
2、 Dechlorination principle
In weak alkaline environment, reducing agent is put into water to react with residual chlorine,
Consumption of residual chlorine. The function of dechlorination machine is to stabilize weak alkaline environment and provide reducing agent.
3、 Equipment installation
(1) Installation conditions
1. The equipment shall be installed indoors to avoid direct sunlight. The working environment of the equipment shall be 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃;
2. Because the raw material has strong reducibility, it can not be exposed to oxygen for a long time;
3. The floor of equipment room shall be paved with cement floor (better with tile) and equipped with flushing equipment
Water sources and sewers;
4. The equipment room should be well ventilated;
5. The equipment room shall be equipped with pressure water source with pipe diameter of DN20 and water pressure of 0.1mpa-0.2mpa;
6. The equipment room shall be equipped with necessary lighting facilities and 380V (three-phase four wire system) power supply.

(2) Installation procedure and precautions

1. Setup program

(1) Determine the dechlorination dosing point and equipment installation position;
(2) Put the equipment in proper position;
(3) Connect the corresponding interface correctly;
(4) Connect the power cord.
2. Installation precautions
Generally, the installation position of the equipment should be close to the water source and convenient for operation. Pay attention to leave a certain space for maintenance during installation. The parts that have been installed before leaving the factory should be checked again after unpacking, and the loose parts should be tightened.
4、 Use and operation procedures
(1) Raw material specification requirements
1. Chemical raw materials of chemical grade purity are selected for dechlorination of wastewater and reclaimed water;
2. If the equipment damage or water pollution accident is caused by the use of raw materials that do not meet the above national standards, the user shall bear the responsibility.
(2) Use and operation
1. Preparation and inspection before use
(1) Check whether the power connection is correct, whether the suction pipe, discharge pipe and bottom valve of the metering pump are well connected, and whether the output pipe of the dechlorination machine is well connected;
(2) Check whether there are raw materials in the raw material tank, and confirm whether the concentration and proportion of raw materials are correct;
(3) Turn on the power and check whether the mixer and metering pump work normally;
(4) After entering the operation state, check whether the joints of feed pipe and discharge pipe are leaking;
(5) Adjust the frequency of metering pump to the required value according to the water quality requirements.
2. Preparation and addition of raw materials
(1) The raw material is sodium thiosulfate
(2) Ratio: 5% sodium thiosulfate solution.
(3) Equipment operation
1. Start up
(1) Press the start switch of the blender, and the blender will run for 10-15 minutes to make the solution fully dissolved;
(2) Start the dosing pump.
2. Shut down
Turn off the power switch.
(4)Inspection
When the equipment is running, it should be inspected regularly. If any abnormal condition is found, it should be handled in time and the manufacturer should be inquired.
5、 Equipment cleaning
After long-term operation of the equipment, the sediment in the dissolving tank will increase, so it should be cleaned regularly, generally once half a year. The side of the equipment is equipped with a drain outlet to clean and drain.
6、 Precautions
(1) Electric control box, mixer and metering pump should be waterproof.
(2) The equipment shell is made of UPVC Plastic. Collision and extrusion are prohibited to avoid sunlight.
(3) In winter, attention should be paid to antifreeze, and necessary antifreeze measures should be taken to avoid damaging the equipment and dosing pipeline. The equipment room should be dry, dark and well ventilated. The ambient temperature of the equipment room is 5 ℃ - 40 ℃.
(4) The liquid level in the solution tank should be kept high enough to prevent emptying the raw material tank.
(5) Operators should wear protective gloves during operation.
