Acme LT-12035G fiber laser tube cutting machine new design
Duel-rear clamp -- Better stability and holding power allocation
A new design of 3 chuck laser metal tube cutting machines. By replacing the front chuck with another clamp, the machine now can provide the same holding force with less power and better movement actions.
Double Y-AXIS action -- "Static cutting" better energy usage and cutting speed. Unlike the traditional pipe cutting machine, the machine has an extra set of movement motors for the laser head. So when cutting non-circular tubes. The laser head will cut X and Y axis and the chuck will only do the rotation. So the energy consumption will be reduced, and the cutting speed & accuracy will be increased.
These functions are achieved by the cooperation between ACME and Shanghai Friendliness, the developer of Cypcut and Fscut software. Based on ACME's past experience in the large/heavy tube/profile cutting industry, these upgrades can further help reducing the production cost, improving production speed and quality.
