Cutting Process
1. After the pipe is loaded (feeding mechanism or manual), it is clamped by the A chuck and the B chuck, and the A chuck is fed forward, and the laser head performs standard cutting in the cutting area.
2. After half of the pipe processing is completed, the C chuck is clamped to prevent the pipe from extending too long and swinging.
3. When cutting to the end of the pipe, the A chuck is released and returned to prepare for the next feeding. The B chuck moves from the left to the right of the cutting area, and then performs tail cutting.
4. After the cutting is completed, the BC two chucks are released and returned, and the parts are cut by the supporting plate.
