Step 1：

Three-dimensional storage of raw materials: forklift or truck will fork to the lift, and then the lift will send the plate to the designated floor.

Step2：

Automatic unloading of three-dimensional storehouse:

First lift to the raw material layer to be processed, suction cup into the material warehouse to absorb the plate. The elevator will take the processing of raw material car to the material lifting car. The lifting trolley will send raw materials to the right under the suction cup of LP-3015 automatic feeding and unloading robot.

Step3：

Raw material processing and removal:

LP-3015 Move the upper material trolley through the horizontal movement of X-axis, and the feeding sucker moves downward to the plate to draw the plate and send it to the laser cutting machine. After the plate cutting is completed, the LP-3015 fork gear will descend to the working exchange of laser cutting machine, open the fork teeth and sink for a certain distance, then close the fork to take the plate. After the plate fork is successfully taken, the fork-gear fixture rises to a certain safe position, and at the same time, the feeding fixture draws the plate and the coding platform together and moves to the right under the fork-gear fixture, and finishes the feeding of the second plate.
