MANUFACTURING PROCESS
As shown in the figure, from left to right are Chuck A, Chuck B, chuck C. All three chuck are movable chucks.
1. Chuck A and Chuck B clam the pipe, then laser cutting , chuck A feeds the pipe forward further.
2. When the pipe cutting is in half, C chuck clamps the pipe to prevent the pipe from shaking.
3. When cutting to the end of the metal pipe, chuck A loosen and return to the starting point, chuck B move to the right region of the laser head,then tailing cutting with the clamping of the Chuck B and Chuck C.
4. After the tailing cutting finished, the B chuck and C chuck release and return. The finished workpieces unload through the automatic unloading system.
