The frame is the foundation supporting the movement of the upper and lower feeding manipulator, which is composed of the frame, beam and Z bar. The frame is welded by square pipe and has good rigidity as a whole.

Feeding manipulator using high strength seamless welded square tube, with high strength, light weight, beautiful appearance and other characteristics. The feeding machine part is equipped with a vacuum sucker for absorbing plates. The arrangement of vacuum sucker can be used for 3000*1500 plates. The mechanical part of feeding is equipped with a thickness measuring device for plate layering, which can effectively prevent the loading of more than one sheet at a time. The stratified thickness measuring device is composed of cylinder, with high motion sensitivity, good stratification thickness measuring effect, and the cost is more appropriate, suitable for all kinds of plate stratification thickness measuring.
