Q. How does the cutting speed affect the cutting quality?

(1). Excessive cutting speed may have the following effects:

a. Unable to cut through and spray sparks randomly.

b. Some are cut through, some are not cut through.

c. The whole cut surface is thick and does not produce melting stains.

d. The cutting surface has a diagonal stripe path, and the lower half has molten spots, and the cutting spark can be observed to judge the cutting speed. The tilt of the spark indicates that the cutting speed is too fast.

(2). The cutting speed is too slow may have the following effects:

a. Cause over-melting and rough cut surface.

b. The slit is widened, the corners and corners are melted, and the sparks are not diffused and few, and they gather together, indicating that the cutting speed is too slow.
