Automatic Loading Pipe Laser Cutting Machine

In recent years, in order to save labor cost and improve efficiency, machines with automatic feeding system have gradually occupied the market and become a new trend.

1. One is traditional automatic feeding on the side of the machine.

2. Another is our PATENT design and technology automatic loading from back of the machine.

Traditional Auto-feeding on the machine side

The traditional way need to place a big automatic tube stock device at the side of the machine. After the whole bundle pipes were put on the feeding device, these pipes can be intelligently divided, loaded and connected seamlessly with the pipe cutter to ensure that only one pipe is transported to the delivery arm at one time.

1. Before cutting, tubes will be put on the v shape support. With the movement of the chains, the tubes on the support will move forward.

2. The tube moves forward with a V shape distance. A tube slides to the baffle along the sliding way.

3. Driven by the motor, the material delivering arm rotates and the V clamp will lift the tube and the delivering arm rotates again to load the material to the track.

4. With the movement of the material delivering device, the tube will be loaded to the machine ready for cut.

This PATENT DESIGN machine back loading system, can achieve a very fast loading speed. As we test result, only use a half time compare with the traditional machine side loading system.

And most importantly, it can do loading while the machine is in cutting. That's why we can say it runs twice as fast as traditional way.
