Metal-enclosed Air Insulated Switchgear

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

KYN28 AC metal clad switchgear , is a type of medium voltage air insulated switchgear, applicable to three-phase AC 50Hz power system.The switchgear is widely used in distribution stations and compact substations of load centers such as residential areas, high-rise buildings, large public buildings and factories and enterprises.It adopts the air as the insulation media and plays a control and protection role in power system. The main circuit components of air-insulated switchgear are built in an inflatable compartment.

The switchgear is of all metal modular assembly structure. The cabinet body is made of imported aluminum coated zinc plate with strong anti-corrosion ability, without surface treatment. It is processed by CNC high-precision equipment, and adopts advanced multiple folding technology. The connection is connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, with high precision, light weight and good strength.

The switchgear can be equipped with VS1 series, VD4 series, zn65 series and other vacuum circuit breakers produced by our company, with wide adaptability and strong interchangeability. The handcart is equipped with working position and test position, and each position has positioning and display device, which is safe and reliable.

The cable room can be equipped with up to 9 single core cables.The mechanical interlocking and protection system in the  Switchgear can gurantee right operation handcart, earthing switch and circuit breaker, avoiding mis-operations. Each room is equipped with a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety.

WORKING CONDITIONS

1 Ambient air temperature: maximum temperature + 40 ℃, minimum temperature - 15 ℃;

2 Relative humidity: 
daily average relative humidity: ≤ 95%;daily average water vapor pressure ≤2.2kpa;monthly average relative humidity ≤90%; monthly average water vapor pressure ≤ 1.8kpa;

3 Altitude: ≤ 1000m;

4 Earthquake intensity: ≤ 8 degree;

5. The surrounding air shall be free from corrosive or combustible gas, water vapor and other obvious pollution;

6. No violent vibration place;

STRUCTURE   

The KYN28 switchgear  is designed and manufactured according to GB3906-91. The protection level of the enclosure is IP4X, and the protection level of each compartment is IP2X. The swichgear is divided into:
