Cabinet structure

The body of the GGD cabinet adopts the form of a general cabinet, and the frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The parts of the general cabinet are designed according to the principle of the module, and there are 20-mold mounting holes. The general coefficient is high, which can make the factory realize large Mass production. The GGD cabinet is designed with full consideration of the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. According to the requirements of modern industrial product art design, GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part to make the whole cabinet beautiful and generous. The cabinet door is connected with the cabinet body with a hinged hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded outside the folding edge of the door to prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet body and improve the protection level of the door; The GGD cabinet uses HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operating knife switches, which enable the operating door of the cabinet to be opened, which is convenient for manufacturing and maintenance. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and installation; The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and it can also be selected between IP20-IP40 according to user requirements.
