SF6 Disconnector Switch

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

FLN36 load break switch is an SF6 insulated switch disconnector,with rated voltage 12Kv- 36Kv.The load break switch has three position (close, open, earth on) embedded in an epoxy resin housing which can provide good insulation and resistance to moisture and environmental pollution.The insulating housing is composed of upper shell and lower shell. It is tightly closed and filled with SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing and insulation medium.Combined with fuse, it can realize breaking when there is an obstacle current.

OPERATING MECHANISM

FLN36 load break switch and its fuse combination works with two types of spring type operating mechanisms,A type (double spring operating mechanism) and K type (single spring operating mechanism)

K type ,As a inlet control unit,the working principle is spring press and release. Load break switch equipped with K type spring operating mechanismis applied as the incoming control unit,while that equipped with A type is applied as the outgoing protective unit and transformer unit.Working principle of A type mechanism is same as K type, in addition, it has fuse striker trip function.
