Vacuum Interrupter 1250A

Vacuum interrupter (VI)is the core part of MV&HV voltage power switch with  the advantages of light weight, environmental protection, small volume, long mechanical life, no arc exposure, less maintenance work,  and no environmental pollution,etc. 

Its main function is to quickly extinguish the arc and restrain the current after the medium and high voltage circuit is cut off by excellent vacuum insulation, so as to avoid accidents . It is mainly used in power transmission and distribution control system, as well as in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, railway, broadcasting, communication, industrial high-frequency heating and other distribution systems.

In recent years, the quality  has been greatly improved, thanks to the use ofnew materials and technological innovation. This is mainly manifested in the use of large-scale vacuum furnace, one-time sealing process, and low-carbon stainless steel bellows

SERVICE CONDITIONS 

1. Indoor ambient temperature is not higher than + 40 ℃, not lower than - 25 ℃; outdoor ambient temperature is not higher than + 40 ℃, not lower than - 40 ℃.

2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m (except for special requirements for altitude).

3. The daily average value of indoor relative humidity shall not be greater than 95% and the monthly average value shall not be greater than 90%. 

4. There is no place with fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

5. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.
