The solid sealed pole is mainly used in vacuum circuit breakers with rated voltage of 12kV, 24kV and 40.5kV.The product adopts epoxy resin automatic pressure gel forming technology, first vulcanizing a layer of silicone rubber on the surface of the vacuum interrupter, then assembling the vacuum interrupter and the conductive elements of the vacuum circuit breaker, and then placing the mold into the epoxy resin material to solidify and form the whole pole of the vacuum circuit breaker into an integral part. It replaces the insulation support and mechanical support on the original vacuum circuit breaker, greatly reduces the parts and volume of the vacuum circuit breaker, and is conducive to the miniaturization of the switch cabinet. It has the advantages of easy installation, maintenance free, small volume, and more stable and reliable pressure.
WORKING CONDITION
-The ambient temperature shall be within the range of - 15 ℃ - + 40 ℃, and the daily average temperature shall not exceed + 35℃;
-The daily average relative humidity shall not exceed 95% and the monthly average relative humidity shall not exceed 90%;
-The altitude shall not exceed 3000m;
-The seismic intensity shall not be greater than 8 degree horizontal acceleration.
-The surrounding air shall not be polluted by erosion and combustible gas, steam, etc.
