Indoor Oil immersed Voltage Transformer

JDX-10 type voltage transformer is single-phase indoor oil-immersed product. It has the characteristics of large capacity, high accuracy and reliable insulation. There are three secondary winding, respectively used for measurement, monitoring, zero sequence protection. Separate measurement and monitoring, non-interference, give full play to their respective characteristics.

This type of voltage transformer is of single-phase oil immersed structure. The iron core is made of cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet after heat treatment, and the body of the transformer is fixed under the box cover by using the iron core clamp. The four coils are wound in a concentric pattern. The insulation level of the high voltage ends is different. A end is high-voltage insulation, which is led out by high-voltage porcelain bushing, and N end is led out by small porcelain bushing.

CHARACTERISTIC

◇ The transformer can operate under 1.2 times of rated voltage for a long time, and can withstａnd 1.9 times of rated voltage without damage for a long time.

◇ For the trapezoidal winding, the oil gap is increased according to the increase of potential, and vacuum treatment is carried out.

◇ Due to the increase of the cross-sectional area of Pt core and the decrease of magnetic density, the saturation and impulse current of Pt, the transformer can withstａnd the high voltage generated by the short circuit between the phase line and the neutral point for a long time without damage.
