Introduction

High temperature pressure seal globe valves rely on a sturdy structure to ensure zero leakage and secure operation under the state of extreme temperature.

1. The body has uniform structure, more density and higher strength integrity ;

2. Fully guided disc with stellite faced surface prevent effects of side thrust ;

3. The stellite faced seat provides maximum resistance to wear and abrasion due to extreme changes and piping loads;

4. Stem sealing ensures lowest fugitive emission and less maintenance under frequent cycling;

5. The structure of disc can be designed into stop-check type, standard flat disc, swivel plug and need type, offering different flow characteristic;

6. Bypass valves are available to cope with over pressurization and pressure locking;

7. Impactor handwheel, worm gear and actuators provide more reliable forces to open and close under extreme pressure and temperature.
