High-lift cable drums have both a flat portion like the standard-lift drums and a raised portion like the vertical-lift drums. The cable runs on the raised portion while the garage door opens vertically then switches over to the flat portion when the door begins to run on the horizontal track

Answer:As factory,we usually quote EX WORKS price;If customers requires FOB,FCA,CFR or CIF price,

customer need to inform us order list so that we can quote accordingly..

2.What is your transportation method;

Answer:We support sea transportation,air transportation,railway transportation and express according to customer requirement;

3.Is sample available?is it free?

Answer:Sample test is usually neccessary for our products,while our sample is usually high costs and need to charge sample fee;

But some long term agency or sole agency can have better sample test conditions,please check with your related salesman;

4.Do you support OEM?

Answer:Yes,we support OEM,customer can print on their logo in goods and packing carton;But OEM will requires order quantity;

5.Can we send other suppliers goods to be shipped together with your goods?

Answer:It depends.If your order is mainly our goods,but other suppliers goods is not too much,

you can ask them contact with us and arrange delivery;
