1.Is sample available?is it free?

Answer:Sample test is usually neccessary for our products,while our sample is usually high costs and need to charge sample fee;

But some long term agency or sole agency can have better sample test conditions,please check with your related salesman; 

2.What is your factory nearest port?

Answer: Our nearest port is Shanghai or Ningbo;

While if customers have container in other port in China like QINGDAO,SHENZHEN,XIAMEN,YIWU etc.,

we can also ship accordingly,but we may need to add more domestic transportation costs etc.

3.Does your company attend exhibitions?

Answer:Yes,we have attended some exhibitions in overseas or domestic market each year.But due to COVID period,it stops in recent years

4.Do you support OEM?

Answer:Yes,we support OEM,customer can print on their logo in goods and packing carton;But OEM will requires order quantity;

5.How to become your agency?

Answer:For some models,if we have sole agency in one country,we will not sell to others;If without sole agency,

we support OEM with customer own logo for selling;Also,we support customer selling the product under our own brａnd DOOREN;

6.How to become your sole agency?

Answer:Sole agency rights means we only sell to the sole agency in their country for theri distributed items;

We will have order quantity requirement on sole agency;For first trial year ,the quantity will be negotiated by both parties for trying.

7.Are you professional in exporting?do you have some knowledges on saving importing custom tax on us?

Answer:We have exported to more than 40 countries for many years.We will try to save customer taxes for importing as we can.

 8.Can we open our own module on your product after we test samples ok?

Answer:Yes,we can open new module as customer requires,but the new module opening charge should be paid by customers;
