Working principle of single room vacuum packaging machine

1.Close the top cover of the equipment, and vacuum pump starts to draw air from the working chamber. When the specified pumping time is reached, the vacuum pump stops working (the equipment with inflation function starts to fill with protective gas).

2.The pressurized valve opens automatically and the air bag is inflated; the airbag pallet, the phenolic plate, and the heating bar are integrally pressed down to the sealing portion, and at the same time, the heating bar is heated.

3.When the sealing of the packaging bag is complete, the heating strip stops heating and remains in the state of continuous cooling. The air release valve automatically opens, puts in the air and opens the cover to complete a working cycle

Maintenance

1.The machine should work at a temperature of 0 °C - 40 °C, a relative humidity of not more than 85%, no harmful gas, no powder flying, no unsafe explosion hazard in the surrounding environment.

2.The oil level of the vacuum pump should be checked regularly to keep the oil level at 2/3~3/4 position of the oil window; the vacuum pump uses imported oil or vacuum pump No. 0, and the imported vacuum pump uses imported special vacuum pump oil.

3.Under normal circumstances, replace the vacuum pump oil every 1~2 months after continuous operation, and re-check the oil level after replacement.

4.Before replacing the vacuum pump oil, the vacuum pump should be operated for 15~30 minutes. After the oil temperature rises, stop running and cut off the power.
