Our company produces the BKDL (-90℃~-100 ),(-100 ~-130 ) low temperature cold-trap, and BKDB (-80 ~-100 ), (-100 ~-130 ) lowtemperature trapping pumps, using cascade refrigeration system with non-azeotropic mixture refrigerant. The main compressors and the refrigerationcomponents arefamous original packing imported products, and the mixture working fluid is 99% non- fluorine green environmental protectionrefrigerant. The leakageof refrigerant is greatly decreased because the BKL and BKB series are semi-hermetic. By utilizing water subcoolingtechnology, the working temperature scope has been widely broadened. (The maximum environment temperature can reach 45℃）
In the molecular pump and the oil diffusion pump vacuum system, the vapor and other gases with high boiling point (such as returning oil vapor and CO2) affectsthe vacuum degree and the speed of extracting. Low temperature cold-trap is mainly used in the molecular pump and oil diffusion pump vacuum system. The principle is similar to that of the low temperature trapping pump, i.e. fast freeze the vapor in extracting system and other gases with high boiling point, prevent the oil in the diffusion pump from polluting the vacuum chamber, improve the speed of extracting system and the vacuum degree. For the vacuum coating system whichneed high vacuum degree and the high purity, There is no need to make big change on the molecular pump and the oil diffusion pump vacuum system (only by adding aflange back plate), the efficiency can be greatly improved.
