Introduction

The ZB-3G intelligent disintegration tester is a mechatronic drug test instrument developed in accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2005 Edition) on the disintegration time limit of tablets and pills. Its main function is to provide a similar test environment for stomach organs. The ZB-3G intelligent disintegration tester has perfect functions, reasonable structure, simple operation, and improved control accuracy of time and temperature. The instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer control system, and the temperature of the water is controlled by a temperature sensor. Synchronous motors respectively control the lifting movement time of the two groups of hanging baskets.

Main Features

•Meet the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia for the test of the time limit for disintegration.

•The lifting of 2/3 baskets are controlled by 2/3 motors, which can make experiments in 2/3 groups at the same time or separately.

•Control motor is stepping motor, which can be precisely controlled to 31 times/min.

•Four-digit display time, the minimum unit within one hour of the time is displayed in seconds, convenient for recording and scientific research.

•Standard equipped with 2.0mm and 0.425mm aperture stainless steel screens and the required stops. Need to confirm whether the standard has a 0.425mm aperture.

•The lifting movement of the basket can be started or stopped by pressing the lifting button, and the 2/3 group can start and stop at the same time or start and stop separately.

•When the test is timed to the set value, the basket automatically stops at the highest position, which is convenient for loading the basket and the beaker.

•The disintegration tester has set timing, automatic timing and timing reset functions.
