Introduction

The ZB-1G intelligent disintegration tester is a mechatronic drug test instrument developed in accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (2005 Edition) on the disintegration time limit of tablets and pills. Its main function is to provide a similar test environment for stomach organs.

The ZB-1G intelligent disintegration tester has perfect functions, reasonable structure, simple operation, and improved control accuracy of time and temperature. The instrument uses a single-chip microcomputer control system, and the temperature of the water is controlled by a temperature sensor. Synchronous motors respectively control the lifting movement time of the two groups of hanging baskets.
