Scope of Application

The fully automatic microwave digester is suitable for sample processing in food, medicine, quality inspection, environmental protection, industry, agriculture, disease control, chemical industry, geology, metallurgy, universities and other industries.

Main Features

1. The digester adopts non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control.

2. Microwave oven chamber: the furnace chamber body is made of 316L industrial grade stainless steel integrated molding to improve microwave uniformity.

3. Industrial grade double magnetron: microwave maximum output power: machine installation power 2600W, output power 2200W

4. A wireless penetrating infrared temperature sensor is used to scan and detect all the digestion tank temperature.

5. Safe and efficient special pressure sensor, real-time monitoring of all digestion tank pressure.

6. Capacitive LCD touch screen is used to display pressure, temperature, heating time, constant temperature time, microwave power and working step, temperature and pressure in the reaction tank climbing curve with time, etc

7. Built-in instrument operation method, sample processing method, supporting EPA, ASTM method standards

8. Digestion tank: high strength PEEK mixed fiber material is used to cast once, with compressive strength up to 15Mpa

9. Digestion inner tank: imported TFM material, maximum design temperature 310℃

10. The digestion inner tank has elastic pressure relief function, automatic pressure relief over pressure, without any consumables in the use process
