Scope of Application

The fully automatic microwave digester is suitable for sample processing in food, medicine, quality inspection, environmental protection, industry, agriculture, disease control, chemical industry, geology, metallurgy, universities and other industries.

Main Features

1. The furnace chamber body adopts 316L industrial grade stainless steel integrated molding, improving microwave uniformity, without any welding traces; the furnace chamber is provided with up to 6 layers of sprayed PFA anti-corrosion coating, with the furnace chamber quality guarantee for life.

2. Industrial magnetron, the installation power is 1,800W, the maximum output power is 1,500W, with large industrial furnace chamber, to ensure the uniformity of microwave field in the cavity.

3. The wireless penetrating infrared temperature sensor is used to scan and detect all the digestion tank temperature, temperature measurement range is 0-350℃, and display accuracy is ±0.1℃.

4. The safe and efficient special pressure sensor can monitor all the pressure in the digestion tank in real time, the pressure measurement range is 0-15mpa, and the pressure control accuracy is ± 0.01mpa.

5. Capacitive LCD touch screen, real-time display of temperature, pressure, time and power, and reflecting the temperature, pressure changes through the curve, simple and flexible operation.

6. Built-in instrument operation method, sample processing method, supporting EPA, ASTM method standards.

7. The digester can automatically alarm and stop working when the temperature and pressure of any digestion tank are abnormal.

8. It adopts sound and light alarm system, using sound and light dual prompt, through the light transformation to give the running state of the instrument; the instrument stops working when the fault light is displayed, improving the safety protection level.

9. Six-layer steel structure explosion-proof safety furnace door with mechanical lock, electronic lock, automatic lock, the instrument can not be opened in the process of operation, and the instrument is forced to stop when the furnace chamber is opened abnormally.

10. Forced air cooling system realizes automatic air cooling after digestion, with high-power centrifugal fan, strong wind convection is formed in the chamber, and cooling speed is less than 15 minutes.

11. High-strength UPE corrosion-resistant turntable frame can be equipped with 1-12 100m digestion tanks at the same time.

12. Digestion tank: high-strength PEEK mixed fiber material is cast once, with compressive strength up to 15Mpa.

13. Digestion inner tank: imported TFM material, and the maximum design temperature is 310℃.

14. The digestion inner tank has elastic pressure relief function, automatic pressure relief over pressure, without any consumables in the process of use.

15. A special acid extractor, high-purity graphite material, acid and alkali corrosion resistance; temperature: the room temperature is -250 degrees Celsius, used for acid removal after sample digestion.
