Operation Process
(1) Connect the power, and turn on the switch
(2) Put the tablet on the platform, then rotate the wheel to drive the probe to press the tablet. At the instant of the tablet be broken，the value of the tablet hardness is displayed on the display window.
(3) Rotate the wheel to drive the probe back,ａnd clean the platform with the brush.Then the next test can be proceeded.
(4) Before every testing, if the value on the window is not at the zero, you can rotate the “Zero Knob" at the back of the instrument to adjust the value to zero,then proceed the testing.
Note: The tablet hardness cannot exceed 20Kgf, otherwise the instrument cannot work properly.
