Product Introduction

■ Meetimg international / national standard, adopting national standard Kjeldahl method: digest sample in concentrated sulfuric acid environment, steam distillation in alkaline environment, boric acid absorption, indicator titration end-point color determination method, and adopting international advanced high-precision high resolution 16-bit tri-phosphor digital signal color sensor titration endpoint determination method.

■ Reagent addition, distillation, titration, digestion tube and titration cup waste discharging & washing, calibration, fault detection, solution level monitoring, and outcome calculation can all be realized fully automatically. Standard data processing software (the anti control software is also optional).

■ Dynamic titration technology could accomplish the distillation, titration, and calculation synchronously.

■ The visible titration vessel makes the color change during the titration clearly shown.

Main Functions

1. 5.6-inch true color touch display screen, friendly interface, simple to operate, Chinese and English are alternative;

2. The external titration cup make the process of experiment easily real-time observed. The illumination of titration system and the mature color end-point determination software reduce the influence of external light source to minimum.

3. The titration color can be calibrated manually or automatically.

4. Powerful data processing system, multiple data processing ways, double USB interfaces, built-in Wireless Local Area Network interface. The double USB interfaces can download data with U disk or be connected to PC. The built-in Wireless Loca Area Network interface can transmit test information to PC by WIFl. The host machine adopts the Windows operation software which has the function of recording test data, computing and counting the recovery rates and generating test reports automatically. as a result, it is very convenient for the user to process and analyze the data through PC. The function of anti-control is optional.

5. It can automatically calculate and store 2,000 sets of test data (containing the concentration of standard solution, the consumption of titration, the conversion ratio and calculated result of protein) with comprehensive information and the test results can be expressed in 12 ways;

6. Preset determination methods and parameters for various typical samples, it is very convenient for the operator to use.

7. 1.0ul high-precision, micro-control titration system and the professional, unibody precision-work plunger are the assurance of the determination accuracy and operation reliability.

Meticulous fault self-diagnosis and control function

(1) Real-time monitoring of the distillate to avoid its over temperature and volume fluctuations which affect the testing results;

(2) It is guaranteed that the circulating water flow-limiting valve opens only during the distillation, which saves water without worry,circulating water flow is automatically controlled; reserved interface for automatic circulated cooling water machine is applied to dry conditions or water-saving laboratory.

(3) The separated specialized bellows pump is resistant to erosion and particle plugging with accurate measuring of the added acid and lye, interior is made of PTFE (Teflon). The added reagent is measured by volume without calibration, and the long lifetime is up to 5-10 years (by end-users’ verification);

(4) Steam flow can be adjusted from 0 to 99%;

(5) Steam generator is protected by pressure sensor,temperature sensor, temperature switch,water level float ball, electric potential double detection, etc.

(6) Distilling system is specially designed in accordance with ammonia escaping rule, which is an insurance of the stable and reliable recovery rate.

(7) Double distillation modes are optional;

(8) Delicate and reasonable internal structure design ensures the separation of the dryness, the humidity, the heat and the electricity to avoid interference so as to ensure the stable running of the instrument, prolong the service life, and ensure continuous 20 hours’ running every day;

(9) ABS engineering plastic case is water-proof,electricity-proof and corrosion-resistant.
