Product Introduction

The steam generator of the apparatus is provided with a high-quality heating tube for heating, a long-life digital signal liquid level sensor, a steam pressure sensor and a temperature sensor, a single-chip microcomputer controls preheating, water replenishing and distillation without steam overpressure danger, ａnd a built-in dual anti-pumping device ensures the success rate of sample testing and prevents steam furnace pollution.

2. Steam flow is settable and can be dynamically adjusted according to sample conditions to make test items broader (available for detection of ammonium salt, sulfide, volatile phenol, alcohol, soil cation exchange capacity, etc.)

3. PTFE bellows pumps controlled by separate stepping motors are adopted to add reagent, having excellent resistance to corrosion and particle blockage as well as precise and stable liquid addition without calibration; liquid addition is directly set to volume with the unit ml.

4. Automatic reagent addition and distillation; after work is over, distillation automatically stops, circulating water is automatically closed, and a sound prompt is given.

5. The liquid level of steam generator and replenishing liquid can be automatically detected.

6. Steam overpressure protection system ensures work safety.

7. The British flow-limiting valve is adopted to automatically control the circulating water flow at 1.5L/min, and is opened and closed along with distillation, leading to convenience, safety and water saving.
