Heavy hydraulic press for parts processing

The drive system of a heavy-duty Hydraulic Press has few links and a simple structure. The pressure can be automatically increased or decreased according to the required working force, which reduces electrical energy consumption. However, the capacity of the pump and its drive motor must be determined by the maximum working force and maximum working speed of the hydraulic press. This type of drive system is mostly used in small and medium hydraulic presses, but also a large free forging hydraulic press directly driven by a pump.

Large tonnage Hydraulic Press Machine has high forming pressure, suitable for stainless steel, titanium plate and other metal plate high precision stamping forming process.It is mainly used for plate stamping of plate heat exchangers, cutting and drawing of thick wall stainless steel materials, drawing, extrusion and stamping forming of aluminum profiles.For thick wall pot and other casting products, this series of equipment can be used to develop stamping process, the cost is greatly reduced.Using prestressing wire winding structure, under the working condition of ultra high pressure, the cylinder life is high, anti-fatigue performance is good, without the risk of rack fracture and cylinder burst, the safety is good.
