Heavy hydraulic press for stainless steel

Hydraulic machinery is equipment and tools that work through fluid energy. It is common in heavy equipment. In this type of equipment, the hydraulic oil is delivered to the actuator in the equipment at a high pressure through the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump is driven by an engine or an electric motor. Control the hydraulic oil to obtain the required pressure or flow by manipulating various hydraulic control valves. The hydraulic components are connected by hydraulic pipes.

Large tonnage Hydraulic Press machine has high forming pressure, suitable for stainless steel, titanium plate and other metal plate high precision stamping forming process.It is mainly used for plate stamping of plate heat exchangers, cutting and drawing of thick wall stainless steel materials, drawing, extrusion and stamping forming of aluminum profiles.For thick wall pot and other casting products, this series of equipment can be used to develop stamping process, the cost is greatly reduced.Using prestressing wire winding structure, under the working condition of ultra high pressure, the cylinder life is high, anti-fatigue performance is good, without the risk of rack fracture and cylinder burst, the safety is good.
