Maintenance of factory drying equipment:
Daily maintenance
① Wipe the device with a soft cotton cloth every day to maintain a clean appearance.
② Check the air supply triplet before starting the machine every day, add lubricating oil when the oil level is insufficient, and drain the stored water.
③ Clean the fluff in the dust box every day to ensure good ventilation and make the equipment play the best drying effect.
Monthly maintenance
① Open the rear case cover and clean the inside of the device with a soft cotton cloth.
② Add lubricating oil to moving parts such as bearings to reduce friction.
③ Check the belt tension and adjust the pulley.
④ Strengthen the parts that are easy to loosen and fall off after vibration, including electrical lines, rocker arms of doors, and pipe connections.
Annual maintenance
① Check whether the fixing bolts of the base are loose and firm.
② Check the tightness of the support spring connection and adjust it accordingly.
③ Check the grounding condition of the equipment and make sure it is reliable.
④ Check the control of the computer board, the flexibility of the wind turbine and the heat exchanger.
⑤ Send the thermometer and other instruments on the equipment to the local technical supervision bureau for measurement.
Mechanical Structure:
The Infrared Drying Machine is a tunnel dryer. It is composed of feeding zone, heating zone, cooling zone and discharging zone respectively. The temperature area is heated by far-infrared medium-wave quartz heating tubes, and the wind-transporting fan adopts a high-temperature-resistant motor. The thermal insulation tank adopts a frame-type double-layer liner structure, and the middle is made of high-temperature silicic acid insulation rock wool for thermal insulation. Each heating zone can be opened separately for easy cleaning and maintenance. The heating control is equipped with Japan's Panasonic PID automatic constant temperature device, normal temperature ~ 200 ° C. Each 2m section of the heating area is provided with an independent waste discharge port and independent temperature control. The heating area adopts a new inner cavity structure to make the temperature distribution more uniform, and the temperature display and the furnace temperature deviation +/- 4°C. High temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt is used for conveying the drying object, which can effectively protect the surface of the drying object. Equipped with an automatic deviation correction device, which can effectively eliminate the worries of the conveyor belt deviation. Stepless adjustment is possible through inverter, AC motor control.
