Product Description
This is a Hydraulic Press automatic feeding and Unloading Manipulator series.Adopt the oil cylinder to lift the material, the lifting stroke is long, the movement is fast, the load is big, the movement is stable.There are two inspection devices on the feeding shaft of the material rack translation, which can determine whether the original set value is exceeded by the detection weight.Four sets of cots are lubricated with adjustable oil quantity and uniform surface.After oil is rolled, the material sheet is positioned at the fixed position section of the feeding. Then, three moving axes are combined (front and rear X-axis, left and right Y-axis, and up and down Z-axis) to suck material and send the material sheet to the specified mold.After the product is formed, suck it to the cutting material to realize the cutting function. The moving axis adopts Taiwan TBI screw and guide rail, of which the Y-axis adopts 2040 lead screw and the other two axes adopt 2020 lead screw, which is of high precision and durable wear resistance, and only 3-4S is needed for the round trip.
