The rapid plasticity value P0 is rapidly compressed by the main body to a cylindrical sample between two parallel compacts to a fixed thickness of 1 mm, and the test sample is kept under compression for 15 s to achieve a temperature balance with the parallel plate, and then tested. A constant pressure of 100 N ± 1 N was applied and held for 15 s. At the end of this phase, the measured thickness of the test is accurately measured by the observation instrument as a measure of plasticity.
The plastic retention rate PRI was measured by aging the sample at a temperature of 140 ° for 30 min through a high-precision special aging box, and the plastic value P30 was measured, and the PRI value was calculated by calculation.
The PRI value is a measure of the thermal oxidation of natural rubber, and a higher value indicates a better thermal oxidation resistance.
