XHV-19 Laboratory Rotary Digester
Laboratory Rotary Digester is a papermaking laboratory instrument and equipment that removes lignin by adding chemicals under high temperature and high pressure. It is designed to simulate the working principle of steaming balls in production. The chemical reaction digests lignin, which is suitable for sulfonation treatment, acid method or alkali method of raw materials in papermaking laboratories, and can be expected according to different process requirements (recipe of cooking liquid, cooking pressure, cooking temperature, cooking time, atmosphere). The plant pulp can provide a basis for the production process to formulate the cooking process. It can also be used for other experiments such as cooking and oxygen bleaching of liquid raw materials whose working pressure does not exceed 8Kg/cm2. In addition, the digester can also be used to provide hot steam for other laboratory equipment.
The pot body, raw material and the liquid medicine can be fully mixed by pot rotary, liquor concentration, temperature uniformity, the pulp quality is relatively uniform. Small liquid ratio, liquid concentration is higher, shorten the cooking time.

Reducer motor directly drives the pot body rotation, small noise, stable operation.
The electric control system adopts brushless electric, replacing the carbon brush in use resulting in poor contact, flint, inaccurate temperature measurement, temperature control, pressure control and other common catastrophic failure.
The shell adopts the high quality new type of insulation material, the shell of low temperature, fast heating speed.
