XHF-50D Sａnd and Dust Test Chamber

XHF-50D Sａnd and Dust Test Chamber is designed according to IEC60529,etc standards and meet the IP5X and IP6X dust test requirements. It is mainly used for testing control cabinet, household appliances, low voltage electric appliance, auto, lamps and lanterns, motorcycle parts,etc outer shells.

1. Suitable for products’ IP5X and IP6X dust test.

2. Shell us use double galvanized steel sheet, the surface is treated with electrostatic spray coating

3. Chamber and shelf use high quality stainless steel.

4. Adopt conductive film toughened glass window, LED light is installed in the chamber.

5. There is dust replacement device at the bottom of machine, it is very convenient to 99% replace the used dust.

6. In order to ensure that the dust does not stick to the wall and condensate, a special device is installed, which can adjust the working time and work alternately automatically.

7. There is an exhaust pipe in the box, which can evacuate the sample.

8. The core control system adopt Taiwan Weinview 7 Inch big Color touch screen + Japan Panasonic PLC Control, display year, month, day, date, working time. The controller can control the blower, the dust vibration and the total test time respectively, and has the following arbitrary setting control functions.

a. Blow time (blow, stop), continuously blow, period blow.

b. Vibration time: vibration and stop test automatic alternative carry out.

c. Preset test time: Max: 99H 59Min

d. Electricity: Break - pass - break.

9. Heating system: The circulating air duct is equipped with heater to heat up dust to avoid dust condensation.

Vacuum system: equipped with vacuum pump, vacuum pressure, air filtration, flowmeter, pressure regulating triple, connecting pipe.
