FEATURES

This machine tool has seven axes and four linkage, and the seven CNC axes are:; A- Rotary movement of hob holder; B- Spindle rotation movement of hob; C- workpiece headstock rotation movement; X- radial feed motion,Y- tangential feed motion; Z-axial feed movement; U-tail seat center feed movement; The four linkage axes are: B axis, C axis, X axis, Z axis;

The machine bed is made of high rigid cast iron base and double-walled structure, which makes the overall rigidity stronger and accuracy more stable;

The tool rest shaft (B shaft) is directly driven by motorized spindle, and the workpiece shaft (C shaft) is directly driven by DD motor, achieving zero transmission and improving the accuracy and stability of the machine tool;

Equipped with special human-computer interaction software, easy for operators to learn and use;
