2. INTRODUCE

This machine tool is a high reliability, according to the continuous indexing method, can realize the CNC three axis three linkage gear shaper machine tool.

MAIN STRUCTURE:

The machine adopts the longitudinal layout of the column moving in the radial direction and the table rotating in the fixed position.

COMPONENT:

The machine is composed of bed body, middle bed body, working table, column, tool rest, drive and other main parts, and equipped with a separate hydraulic station and magnetic chip eliminator, independent floor electric cabinet is placed on one side of the machine.
