Product Details

1.INTRODUCTION

1) The machine bed is cast as a whole. It has good precision stability.

2) The longitudinal movement of the sliding seat along the bed is the Z-axis. Z axis adopts AC servo motor and imported ball screw through elastic coupling, compact structure, smooth movement.

3) The Z axis adopts two rectangular sliding guides, which are equipped with Teflon guide veneer with minimal friction coefficient, and are prepared by manual precision scraping. Wear resistance, pressure resistance, good stability.

4) Z axis is equipped with two auxiliary guide rails inlaid with steel at the same time, so as to ensure the bearing capacity of the machine tool in the range of travel and the stability of processing.
