Laser tube cutting machine adopts high energy laser beam, focusing on the surface of workpiece, making the area of the workpiece illuminated by light spot melt and vaporize instantaneously, realizing automatic cutting and punching.

1. Use newest generation of cast aluminum beams - heavy duty steel , casting mold cost is high but long life,uniform density and high strength; eliminate casting defects such as sａnd holes.
2. Pressure casting wall thickness can be achieved 10mm and does not affect the strength. Light weight, small inertia and good dynamic performance.
3. The whole carbon structural steel misaligned honeycomb welding structure, is subjected to stress relief annealing for rough processing, and then subjected to vibration aging treatment, natural aging can completely eliminate the stress of welding and processing, and the surface roughness is good.
4. We configure the cost effective parts for you according to the type and thickness of metal processed by the customer.
