Looking at the cross section of the copper core of the wire, the superior red copper has bright color and soft color, and the copper core is yellow and red, indicating that the quality of the copper used is good, while the white in yellow is the reaction of low-quality copper. The copper core of qualified high-quality copper core wire is purplish red, shiny and soft. The copper core of fake and shoddy copper core wire is purple black, yellowish or white, with many impurities, poor mechanical strength and poor toughness. It will break with a little force, and there are often wire breaks in the wire.

Tip: when checking, just peel off one end of the wire for 2cm, and then rub it on the copper core with a piece of white paper. If there is black material on the white paper, it indicates that there are many impurities in the copper core. In addition, fake and shoddy wires are often "three no products", but they also have ambiguous origin and other marks, such as made in China, made in a province or city in China, which is actually equal to the unmarked origin.

3. A wire head can be bent repeatedly by hand. Those with soft hａnd feeling, good fatigue resistance, large hａnd elasticity of plastic and rubber and no cracks on the wire insulator are excellent products.

In fact, most of them are made of recycled plastic. Over time, the insulating layer will age and leak electricity.

5. It depends on the length and thickness of the wire core. It is stipulated in relevant standards that the error of wire length measurement shall not exceed ± 0.5%, the cross-sectional wire diameter shall not exceed ± 0.1%, the length of each coil of the subject matter is 100m, the error shall not exceed ± 2cm, and the length of non-standard products varies from 60 to 80m.

6. Price, because the production cost of fake and shoddy wires is low, when selling, vendors often sell at a low price under the guise of low price and good quality, which deceives people.
