AAAC conductor overhead also named All Aluminium Alloy Conductors (AAAC),bare overhead AAAC conductor, The structure is a concentric-lay-stranded conductor consisting of aluminum-alloy wires (6201-T81), which available in single layer and multi-layer constructions. the AAAC conductor are widely used in the distribution and medium & high voltage transmission lines.

Production features

Compared to ACSR conductor, AAAC conductor overhead has the advantage of lighter weight, current carrying capacity, comparable strength, lower electrical losses and superior corrosion resistance.

Production construction

AAAC conductor overhead consists of aluminum alloy wires. The aluminum alloy wires are concentrically stranded.

Meet or exceed various International Standards as follows:BS 3242 / BS EN 50182 / IEC 61089 / ASTM B 399/B 399M / DIN 48201 standards.
