Product Details

PVC Insulated Power Cable 0.6/1 KV

Introduction

Cable with a PVC insulation or sheathing is flame retardant, which is an important consideration for electric cables in most applications. PVC insulated power cable is made resistant to a wide range of chemicals including oils, acids, and alkalis, and is tough, durable and resistant to abrasion. PVC insulated power cable is typically in high-spec applications in industries such as defense and automotive. What's more, the cable is tougher with improved temperature resistance and has a better dielectric strength, which means that a thinner coating or insulation layer can be applied making the overall cable dimension smaller.

Application

PVC insulated power cable 0.6/1 KV is used for electric transmission and transportation in power stations, subways, industrial enterprises, sea petrol platforms, and so on.

Parameter

Executive standard: IEC 60502

Nominal voltage: Uo/U = 0.6/1 KV

Test Voltage: 4KV

Maximal operating voltage in three-phase systems: 1.2KV

Minimal inner bending radius: 15D for single-core, 12D for multi-core

Certificate: ISO 9001

The max temperature is ≤90℃. When short-circuited (Max period won't exceed 5s), the max temperature of the conductor of the cable is 250℃.

Product Structure

PVC Insulated power cable consists of Aluminum or Copper Core, PVC Insulation, PVC Sheath, and Metal armor.
