Single Core Electrical Cable

Introduction

Single core electrical cable is used to describe cables with a single conductor. The conductors in a single core cable are manufactured with copper. The single core electrical cable is probably one of the most widely-used wires in our homes, shops, businesses and commercial installations. The most common use of the cable is for transferring electrical power from one location to another. 


The single core cable is easy to install between phases and has less chance of short-circuiting in-between multiple phases. What's more, it's convenient to transport the cable over longer distances. For example, a spool of 10mm single core cable is much easier (and smaller in terms of footprint) than equivalent multicore cable types. Longer single core electrical cables can be used with an equivalent cross-sectional carrying capacity as compared to multi-core cables.


Feature


The 0.6/1KV single core electrical cable is a tin-plated copper conductor with XLPO insulation material and LSZH sheath. It is used to connect photovoltaic system components inside and outside buildings and equipment under high mechanical requirements and extreme weather conditions. It has the characteristics of anti-ultraviolet, abrasion resistance and aging resistance.

(3) Jacket: 120°C XLPE, black or red

3. General characteristics: high heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, ozone resistance, low smoke, no halogen, no flame, non-flammable, good flexibility, easy to peel, very low space requirements. 

The machine is durable and has a long service life.

Our single core electrical cable is intended for interconnecting power supplies within renewable energy photovoltaic systems such as solar panel arrays in solar energy farms.
