Brief introduction

The aluminium rod is used for electrical purposes, is the raw material for bare conductor,power cable and so on. , for example : ACSR, AAC, AAAC, ACAR, AACSR and so on.


Standard

According to the Chinese standard GB/T3954-2001, American standard ASTM B 233, Germany DIN, and EN 17152:1997 . or custom made.


The Quanlity on surface

A. The surface shall be neat and evenly distributed

b, the surface should be clean, no flaws, wrong circle, crack, mess, kink and other defects, for easy use, but allow slight mechanical friction spots, pits, peeling or flaring


Production process

The advanced continuous casting and rolling production line mainly consists of the following parts:

(1) The furnace can be powered by gas, liquefied natural gas, etc., or induction furnace.

(2) For the casting machine, the diameter of crystallization wheel is 1675~2438mm based on the demand of output. There are two types of casting machines: five wheel type (American Southern Wire Rod Company) and two wheel type (Italian Plopje Company).

(3) Aluminum liquid filtering device.

(4) Aluminum degassing (mainly hydrogen) device.

(5) Casting strip shearing device, disc shear for large equipment; Manual hydraulic shear for small equipment.

(6) There are mainly two types of continuous rolling mills, namely "Morgan type" and "Plopje type", which belong to rolling piece torsion free continuous rolling mill.

(7) Crack detection equipment.

(8) Aluminum rod coiling machine has two types: loose coiling and double disc continuous tight coiling.

(9) Laboratory equipment.

(10) Maintenance equipment.

(11) Quality assurance equipment.

(12) Computer monitoring system.
