1. The power is not connected: If the power is not connected or the contact is poor, the motor will not turn. At this time, the electrician should check the switches, fuses, various contacts and terminals, and troubleshoot the faults and repair them step by step;
2. When starting, the fuse of the fuse is blown and it does not turn: find out the cause of the fuse, troubleshoot the fault, and match the fuse of the same specification according to the motor capacity;
3. The setting current of the overcurrent relay is too small to cause no rotation: At this time, it should be adjusted higher;
4. The load is too large or the structure of the transmission machine does not turn: select a larger capacity motor or lighten the load, and check the transmission mechanism;
5. The stator or rotor windings are not turned due to an open circuit: Open the junction box and use a multimeter to check whether the motor windings are open (wire break). If there is an open circuit, the resistance value will be abnormal. You need to open the motor to further check the disconnection point and connect it well. ;
6. Short circuit between stator winding turns: The winding type of the motor is composed of many turns of coils. When the coils are short-circuited, the motor may not turn. Check with a multimeter to find the two compartments that are short-circuited. Disassemble the motor and remove the coils of one phase. When the connection wire is disconnected, check the short-circuit point in groups and re-insulate it after detection.
