Motor operation
3.1 During the operation of the motor, the surface should be kept clean and the air inlet should not be blocked by dust fibers.
3.2 The deviation between the power supply frequency and the rated frequency shall not exceed 1%; the deviation between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage shall not exceed 5%.
3.3 The current of the motor must not exceed 10% of the rated current.
3.4 Continuously operated motors are not allowed to operate for long periods of overload.
3.5 When the motor is running without load or load, there should be no intermittent or abnormal sound or vibration.
3.6 When the motor's thermal protection device and short-circuit protection device continue to operate, check the cause of the failure (from the motor or from overload or because the setting value of the protection device is too low), and put it into operation after eliminating the fault.
3.7 During the operation, use a thermometer to measure the temperature rise of the cabinet, which generally does not exceed 75 ° C.
