The motor should be the most familiar electrical equipment for electrician maintenance technicians. The motor can be started at various times, including direct start, star-delta step-down start, auto-coupling decompression start, soft starter start, inverter start-up Waiting for the way. 1. Full pressure direct start

In the case where both full-voltage direct start is allowed in both grid capacity and load, the full-voltage direct start can be considered. The direct start of full pressure has the advantages of convenient operation control, simple maintenance and economical. It is mainly used for starting low-power motors. From the perspective of saving energy, this method is not recommended for motors larger than 11 kW.


2. Auto-decompression start

The multi-tap decompression of the auto transformer can not only meet the needs of different load starting but also obtain a larger starting torque. It is a decompression starting method that is often used to start a large capacity motor. The biggest advantage of an auto-coupling start-up is that the starting torque is large. When the winding tap is at 80%, the starting torque can reach 64% when it is directly started. And the starting torque can be adjusted by tapping. It is still widely used today.
